The World Health Organisation (WHO 2010) defines health as a "state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease"
Our health can be affected by many factors such as, the environment, the existence or absence of a support network, where we live, our finances and the lifestyle we lead.
Health and well-being is not about being supremely fit, but is about staying active and adopting healthy lifestyle behaviours, which is different for each of us. There ae many ways to achieving great health and well being, including yoga, relaxation techniques, nutrition and sleep.
My aim is to support and guideyou whilst you improve the aspects of your health and well-being that are concerning you.
